Interior decorator, not so much on the practical side although, until recent years, I  have always done my own decorating but designing rooms, choosing colors, fabrics etc.

That is a noble pursuit.  I would love to have someone come in to my apartment and just give advice on painting or whatever.  I can do the job myself. but I need the inspiration.

My wife always picked the colours. Now I live in an apartment painted landlord grey.

That's one colour I really don't like, although  it's very popular at the moment

If I had to I would choose a soft, pale grey with white and a touch of lime green to brighten it up

It just so happens I painted one cabinet and It sure brightened up my kitchen.

For some reason the picture gets flipped when I post it.  Anyway if anyone knows why this happens let me know.

Green and white go together beautifully.
